Our company tries to stand by you, in every possible way, by providing alternative solutions for product returns.
We can accept a product back when:
1) The product is defective.
2) You don’t want to keep it. In this case, you must purchase another product instead.
Basic conditions for the return of the product in question are that it is in the same condition and packaging in which you received it, accompanied by the receipt or sales invoice. It must be returned within 5 working days and you only bear the cost of returning the product.
In any other case where you wish to return a product, its return will not be accepted.
